The view from Block 254 << 8/28: Construction < > A new community centre and neighbourhood police post is being built directly opposite Block 254. The noise can be quite considerable. These photos were taken during a concrete pour late one night about 10:30PM. The construction starts about 7:00AM and stops about 12:00 midnight. There are breaks during the day.
