The staff of Knowledge Village and Insight
Learning attended a field trip conducted by a teacher visiting
from Bendigo Senior Secondary College in Bendigo, Victoria.
His name was Russell Brown. He is an expert in the use of dataloggers
and graphics calculators.
He shared with ourselves, staff from Texas Instruments as well
as teachers from Bukit Merah Secondary School and The Chinese
High how to employ dataloggers in the field to measure such
factors as temperature, light intensity, humidity, barometric
pressure and water flow. An interesting morning was experienced
by all in the beautiful surrounds of the Bukit Timah Nature
Reserve. |
