Chinatown
on the eve of the Year of the Goat, 2003. Great crowds and
lots of things to see and do. We went to the top floor of
a nearby HDB Block to take some aerial views of the festivities
below and the city of Singapore beyond. One of my favourite
photographs is that of myself with Kym
