Pulau
Besar is a tiny little island paradise off the east coast
of Malaysia. We took a bus to Mersing from Singapore and
then jumped on a ferry to Pulau Besar. It is not far from
Tioman Island. We
stayed for a few days... swimming, snorkeling, drinking
and eating. It was a great way to escape the hectic life
in Singapore. The snorkeling
was absoloutely brilliant and the accomodation was cheap... about $20.00
a night. Basic but no worries when you only return to your room to sleep. |
