During
my trip to Singapore in July 2008 I twice had dinner at
my favourite coffee shop in Singapore. It is located in
Chinatown. I used to work around the corner in Pagoda Street.
I initially ate at this coffee shop back in 1999.
During
the taxi ride to the airport on Friday 18th July I dropped
by the coffee shop, with both my back-pack and suitcase,
to have a quick dinner and a beer. The staff gave me a
nice send-off. It was a little embarrassing actually. I
took a couple of photographs of some old photographs of
Chinatown on the wall as well.
