One Sunday afternoon Shao Ping and I took a train
into town and the weather was absolutely delightful. The skies
were crystal clear. I took a few photographs of the central
business district by the Singapore River. The construction
of the new supreme court is visible in the fourth photograph.
I took a couple of photographs of the Westin Stamford Hotel
as well. We wandered around the Funan Shopping Centre and
I bought a couple
of CDs.
That
night
we had
dinner
by the
river
and saw
a band at Bernie's by the Singapore River.
