Today
I conducted the first of two digital video workshops. The
particpants worked with digital video cameras in the morning
and digital video editing software in the afternoon. A
number of the participants are captured below. I took some
photographs of the campus as well. These were later used
as stills in a digital video produced later that afternoon
during the workshop. Day 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 |
After the workshops I took a taxi into town and met up
with other members of "Me@n".
That is an acronym for Macintosh Evangelists at Nanyang. This is a mac-user group
that had its genesis in Nanyang Technological University. We met up at MacDonald's
at Suntec City. There is a wirless network there. Siva, one of the most prolific
web page constructors, bloggers, software evangelists and naturalists that I
know of, took the first ten photographs displayed below. He had been on the 30th
floor of one of the towers at Suntec and he took those rather sweeping images
of Singapore. He also took the photographs of the gang that met up at Suntec
City. Thanks Siva! |
